Synth Lab provides a free, browser-based interactive music demonstration, built-in soundscape presets, and editorial articles. Melody and story generation use local musical rules and written templates. References to synthesis describe browser sound generation, not a cloud AI service, a professional production studio, or a guaranteed original composition.
2. Using this website
By choosing to use the studio, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms to the extent allowed by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Users who cannot legally agree to these terms should use the website with appropriate parent or guardian involvement as required by local law. No registration or purchase is required.
3. Demonstration status and availability
The music studio is an experimental frontend application. Controls alter local synthesis parameters, while the short preparation animation is a visual transition rather than evidence of AI computation. There is no promised download service, user account, subscription, cloud backup, or commercial mastering. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or stop working in unsupported browsers.
4. Responsible listening
Start at a comfortable volume, especially with headphones. Take breaks and avoid using the studio when it would distract you from driving or other activities requiring attention. Soundscapes are creative content, not medical treatment, sleep therapy, or professional advice. Their names and stories do not promise any particular emotional or health outcome.
5. Permitted and prohibited conduct
You may explore the controls, listen to presets, read articles, and store local preferences for personal use. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, inject malicious code, impersonate the operator, infringe another person’s rights, or use automation in a way that disrupts hosting. Do not use the site to mislead people about endorsements, licenses, or commercial capabilities.
6. Website content and software
Website branding, visual artwork, written content, and custom code are protected by applicable intellectual property law where eligible. Except where an applicable license or law permits, do not republish substantial website content or imply that Synth Lab endorses your product. The bundled Howler.js library is provided under its MIT license; its original license and attribution remain with that library.
7. Generated audio and stories
Generated loops are short, rule-based browser outputs that may repeat or resemble other outputs or existing simple musical phrases. Stories are fictional template combinations. We do not warrant novelty, copyright eligibility, exclusivity, commercial clearance, or noninfringement of every output. This demo does not provide a commercial music license. Before using material publicly or commercially, assess the relevant rights and obtain permissions where necessary.
8. Local storage and loss of preferences
Bookmarks, composition recipes, and language preferences are stored only on the current device when enabled. Composition recipes are compatible with the identified engine version; future engine changes may require a migration and should not be assumed to reproduce an older sound identically. Private browsing, clearing site data, browser restrictions, or changing devices may remove or hide them. Generated audio is not backed up. Do not rely on this service as the sole storage location for a creative work. Privacy choices and the Privacy policy explain the available controls.
9. Third-party services and links
External links are provided for context, including official policy documentation. A link is not an endorsement or a guarantee of third-party availability or accuracy. Hosting services operate under their own terms.
